Club Training Sessions

Training is back on! Feel free to sign up for any mixed or development sessions, but please don't sign up for team training unless you've been asked to. We have decided that fitness will be online for the rest of the year (not at 7 am though!). This will be open to anyone. Please join our Facebook group or follow our Instagram for updates.

First Team Training (Men's and Women's): Mondays, 8:30 - 10pm, Astro Pitch 1

Second Team Training (Men's and Women's): Tuesdays, 5 - 6pm, Astro Pitch 1

First Team Training (Men's and Women's): Fridays, 4 - 5:30pm, Astro Pitch 1

Development Training (Men's and Women's): Friday, 5:30 - 7:30pm, Astro Pitch 1

Development (Men's) and Second Team (Women's): Sunday, 3 - 4pm, Astro Pitch 1
