The Activities Executive Committee is elected annually to support our Activities Officer, and help all societies and volunteering groups become the best they can be! The team meets twice a month to discuss funding, student feedback, areas of improvement, events and loads more.
Want to know more about being on the Exec? Have a chat with one of us! We're really excited to start the new year and start working with you and your groups.
Hi Everyone! I'm Emily- a final year Social Policy student and this year's Chair of the Activities Executive Committee.
During my time at Bath, I've had the pleasure of being a member of and working with a range of student groups. I enjoy crochet, dodgeball, baking, sea swimming and trying new things (this is currently manifesting in learning to play the guitar and poker). I'm a big advocate for university sidequests, and Bath SU is such a great place to get involved in anything and everything you could be interested in, so I'm so excited to be on the Activities Executive Committee this year!
As Chair, I'm looking forward to helping committee and society members get the most out of their student groups and the opportunities they offer. This year, I'm particularly focused on:
• Improving student awareness of the Activities Execs and how we can support students
• Strengthening communication between societies and the SU
• Enhancing committee member training and support
Anyway, the AEC is all about you guys (as committee and society members) so I'm always happy to hear from you- whether you have questions, suggestions, or just want a yap! You can reach me on Teams, email, or come say hi if you spot me around campus.
Emily :)
Dennis Woodbridge
Executive Treasurer
jw3720@bath.ac.uk
Hello, I’m Dennis, I look forward to working as one of your Executive Treasurers this year. I’ll be partially responsible for ensuring that any of your approval requests are put through in a timely manner and in giving feedback if necessary to ensure the smooth processing of your finances.
I’m going into my final year of a Maths Bachelors this year, and, as my first year in Bath since first year, I’ll be looking forward to getting involved with societies a lot more so you might see me around a lot! My current pastimes are coding and art primarily but I’m also learning to crochet and getting back into running (one day I’ll reach the top of Bathwick!)
Please feel free to contact me via email or pull me aside if you catch me and you have any questions as to approvals or a query you wish for the executive committee to discuss.

Executive Treasurer

Hi, I’m Louie! I’m a second-year Politics and International Relations student, and I’m really excited to be your Treasurer this year. In this role, I aim to ensure that funding is managed responsibly, transparently, and with creativity so that societies can get the most out of their budgets. In my spare time, you'll find me surfing or kickboxing.
If you’d like to reach out about funding queries or ideas, you can find me at ljw212@bath.ac.uk or around campus at SU events.

Arts Liaison
nem44@bath.ac.uk
Hi everyone!
My name is Nic and I'm the Arts Liaison for the 2025/26 academic year. I'm a 4th year Chemistry student, but more importantly, I'm a dancer who's interested in all kinds of art forms whether it's performing or not.
This year I hope to make a difference by ensuring all of our Arts societies have equal opportunities to showcase and share their passions and work. I also want to work with the SU to make communications between them and our committees more efficient and provide new/improved resources or guides to help committees know exactly what it is we need to be doing whenever we're trying to set up events etc. without having to go through chains of emails to clear up confusions. A more personal goal I have is to try to meet and get to know all of our Arts societies so I can get a better understanding of potential common issues that exist and ways we can solve them together.
My email is nem44@bath.ac.uk and during term time I have it open throughout the day, when I'm not in lectures I'm most likely on the 1st floor in the Edge so you can come and find me there too.

I’m Bella, I’m a final year computer science student and I’m this year’s Departments Liaison. Volunteering and Fundraising Liaison

Hi, I’m Vonny! I’m your Volunteering and Fundraising Liaison this year! I work closely with the Activities Officer and the SU Team to support all things volunteering and fundraising, and I’m really excited to see all of the brilliant things you’re working on.
I’m a third-year Psychology student, currently on placement in Bristol with the Cancer Psychology Team, and volunteering has always been super important to me. Last year, I chaired the Bath University Boob Team (BUBT), which partners with the breast cancer charity CoppaFeel!, where I organised loads of fun fundraising events. I’m also a Boobette (an educational speaker for CoppaFeel!), sharing my story to help raise awareness.
If you ever have any questions, concerns or want to share the great work that you’re doing, please feel free to reach out to me anytime at yd806@bath.ac.uk
