The trampolining club is open to everyone, of all abilities. Our quick guide can be used for reference if you want to find out more about some of the moves you may learn, or help you understand what your coach is teaching you. Check out some of our member profiles below to see why you should get involved!

Term Session Times


   Monday  19:00 - 21:00  
   Wednesday 18:00 - 20:00                     
  Sunday 14:00 - 16:00 ad hoc (these will not be every week)  

Training sessions are held three times a week and as trampolining is an individual sport it's completely up to you how much or little you train, making it easy to fit around other commitments. We have no trials, and every ability can take part in competitions if they wish. Please make sure you arrive 5 minutes early to help with set up. On Sundays some of the session will be dedicated to conditioning.




We recommend close-fitting sports attire or a leotard if you prefer, and for girls a sports bra is strongly recommended! Headscarves must be tucked in with no loose ends or protruding pins and everyone must wear socks. All of our sessions are based in the Indoor Jumps and Throws Hall in the Sports Training Village (STV). 
Body piercings, wristbands, jewellery, earrings and other sharp accessories must not be worn as they pose a risk to yourself and our equipment. If you cannot remove a piercing, you  should buy some medical tape to cover it. Jeans and all clothing with hoods, zips or attachments are also prohibited. REMEMBER: If you are attending a training session, please arrive 10 minutes before the start to help put out the trampolines or stay until the end of the session to help put away the trampolines. Training sessions are student-led so your help in setting up and putting away is much appreciated!
