Surf and Freestyle

We have several trips throughout the year if you're interested in playboating or surf kayaking.These trips are also great excuses for building sandcastles by the beach and in general having a party, although there is usually a fair bit of surf kayaking going on too! They are socialable trips that are great fun and provide the perfect means of procrastinatio

Rest Bay

At the very beginning of the year we head down to the beach in South Wales for a weekend of awesome surf and party. There's good waves at Rest Bay making this trip the best chance to try out surf kayaking!

National Student Rodeo (NSR)

NSR was cancelled this year unfortunately, but we've got our fingers crossed that it'll be brought back this year! National Student Rodeo is the biggest kayaking festival in the country bringing together all university canoe clubs for a weekend of party fuelled madness and a casual freestyle competition.

Woolacombe

In late May we head to Woolacombe for a pre-exams treat. Voted as the one of the best beaches in the UK, it's the perfect place to relax at the end of the year before summer exams and revision kicks in. BBQ's, ice cream, crazy golf, fish and chips and a bit of surf, it's definitely one of the best trips of the year.
