About Team Bath Buccaneers HC

Team Bath Buccaneers HC is the largest hockey club in the West. The 8 Men's and 6 Ladies weekend sides offer students, of all abilities, additional training and playing opportunities. It's a great opportunity for those wanting to improve their ability, play more hockey or even just to socialise. Those who want to play in the higher University teams will be highly encouraged to play at weekends. Home game post-match meals are on campus at the Lime Tree facility and provide some of the best teas in the Western Leagues.

In addition to playing, the club offers opportunities in coaching and umpiring both in the senior club and the thriving Junior Academy. TBB HC also run various England Hockey umpiring and coaching qualifications on campus throughout the year. In certain circumstances the club may also be able to cover part of the costs of obtaining the qualifications, an opportunity not to be sniffed at.

Memberships consist of two upfront payments followed by individual match fees, so if you want to play more alongside university hockey, you don't have to commit yourself and your money to a whole season. Play when you want!
