In our club, it's not all work and no play! We aim to have something to appeal to everyone, and a large part of that is our packed schedule of social events. Highlights of the BULB social calendar include big occasions like the Winter Ball, as well as less grandiose but no less fun events such as our annual James Bond Social, not to mention our weekly social dancing .

Social Dancing
Every week
Social Dancing runs every week and is where all club members get together and get the tunes blasting! We provide two hours of open floor and a range of music in the key 10 dance styles for anyone who just can't stop dancing!

Winter Ball
Late November/December, TBA
Winter Ball is our biggest social event of the year, and is traditionally held in the evening after Bath Comp. Students from all of the competing universities are invited, and so this is the perfect chance to get to know people from other latin and ballroom clubs, whether it's by inviting them for a dance or just having a conversation at the bar! You'll also get a chance to show off all of the moves you've learned already, and compete in our traditional fun competitions such as Imitation Paso Doble and Three Way Rumba.

Spring Ball is one of the last events in our annual calendar, and provides a chance for everyone to relax and celebrate a year well done, as well as getting some more dancing done of course!
