Streamlining systems for Academic Reps by cutting unnecessary bureaucracy, making it easier to give feedback, share best practice, track ongoing issues, and see what progress has been made (SU Operations – Student Leadership & Support)

Reopening a study space in Oldfield Park, transforming Scala Hall into a convenient student hub when not in use by our student groups (University Advocacy)

Strengthening a sense of belonging at department level by supporting student-led initiatives and advocating for dedicated spaces and activities that bring students together (SU – Leadership Group)

Wrapping up my Top 10 on incremental deductions for late coursework submissions, so small delays don’t result in disproportionate penalties (University Advocacy)
