The classic Commedia dell'arte play. This hilarious comedy focuses on Truffaldino's efforts to serve his two new masters without being found out. With brilliant comic timing the cast unleashed their inner harlequin!

The Edge Theatre
Agatha Christie's classic production was the Freshers' show! The cast and production team came together in perfect unison to create a great production! The performance felt proffesional and kept everyone on the edge of their seat!

The Edge Theatre
Shakespeare's comedy becomes something you'd never expect! The most colourful, most striking, and definitely the most fabulous adaptation the world has seen. The brilliant use of a fairy chorus and top quality acting all around made this production nothing but unforgetable!

Another classic this year! The brilliant tale will be brought to life with spectacular practical effects. The unsettling play is set to be brilliantly terrifying! The cast shown in the traverse set up of the stage. Using masks to highlight the change between Jekyll and Hyde the sell-out show was a great success!

The Weston Studio
This play has left so many audiences reflecting on homophobia and the negatives of the hatred, this performance was no exception. The beautiful directing and emotional acting, aided by the amazing lighting and video work by Tim Ediss left the show with a very proffesional feel.

The Tub
This student written piece painted a dark image of male mental health. The audience were brought in by the upbeat first half and shocked by the frank reflection on the issues surrounding male mental health. Roughly £350 was raised for CALM.

The Mission Theatre
Tom Basden, writer of hit TV comedies such as Plebs and The Wrong Mens, goes political with his hilarious one act play, Party! With the political world currently being… interesting, come see a group of teens try to save it by forming a new political party in a garden shed. Please don’t worry we won’t speak about Brexit! When asked to describe the show in three words the directors said, “Hilarious, witty, and”.

Bath University Student Theatre’s Romeo & Juliet takes the theme of young love and turns it on its head at this year’s Bath Fringe Festival. A modern take on a classic, two forbidden lovers caught between the feud of their families deal with politics, romance, and tragedy far beyond their years. The stylistic use of movement and colour brings an accessible and innovative perspective, making this retelling something never seen before!

The absurdism never stops with this show! Previously made into a movie starring Gene Wilder, the play focuses on how everyone in a small french town is turning into a Rhinoceros... obviously! It's different, it's interesting, and with music and superb acting it's sure was memorable!
