Individual Room Bookings

If you'd like to be able to book our small practice rooms, you will need to sign up to Edge membership using the sign-up below. 

• Individual room bookings are limited to a maximum of 2 hours per day, up to 4 hours total per week 
• Rooms may be booked between 2 hours and 1 week in advance. If emailing to book please leave extra time for us to respond

Edge Membership

Edge Membership allows you to book our individual practice rooms throughout the year. It is open to all current students, both undergraduate and postgraduate. Membership will last for the duration of the 2022/23 academic year and will expire on 31/07/22

Please note that it will take up to 24 hours for your membership to process before you can book rooms. You will NOT receive a confirmation email that your membership has been processed, so please wait a day then log into the online booking portal. If after 24 hours you find you are not able to use the system, please get in touch via su-arts@bath.ac.uk

In signing up for Edge membership, you agree data will be shared with the third-party booking system provider Artifax. You can find detailed information here.

Rooms Available

Please note individual practice bookings are CLOSED during Freshers Week and will reopen on the 3rd October.

No other equipment or instruments can be provided. Please note the Amp Room is for the use of MusicSoc members only and is not available via Edge membership. More information on this space can be found here.

If you practice in The Edge but don't want to carry your instrument all the way there every time, you can hire instrument lockers.
