VEO Cameras

We have two Veo Cameras and tripods avialble for club commitees to hire out.

When making a booking you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions, so please read VERY CAREFULLY

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Only committee members or captains of the club can book out and collect the VEO Camera
2. Cameras and tripods must be returned before/on the time and date requested otherwise we may not lend them out to your club again.
3. If the camera/tripod sustains any damage, the damage will be assessed and an appropriate fund to fix/replace the camera will come out of your club’s account
4. If the camera/tripod is lost/stolen a possibility of up to £2000 may be taken from your club account to replace
5. All members in the video must consent to filming before recording takes place.
6. Footage is your responsibility after filming takes place.
7. If a BUCS game is being recorded, footage must not be posted on social media or shared to people outside of the club as BUCS have sole ownership over game footage.
8. The camera must be returned fully charged, failing to charge may result in the club not being allowed to book it out in the future
